Shipping

• We ship throughout Italy by express courier, with a tracking number.
• Cost: €5.90 — free for orders from €49.00.
• Timing: products are purchased from official European distributors, checked and shipped by us. The estimated delivery is shown on every product page, in the cart and at checkout (usually 5–9 working days, up to 10–14 working days for some products) and in any case within 30 days.
• You will receive an e-mail with the tracking link and can follow your order from the Track order page.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

Under Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the day you received the products.

How to withdraw

1. Tell us you wish to withdraw by writing to info@wbchild.it or using the contact form, stating your order number and the items to be returned. You can also use the model withdrawal form in the terms of sale.
2. We will send you the instructions and the return address.
3. Send the products back within 14 days of your notice, intact, in their original packaging and with the seal/cellophane unbroken.

Products excluded from withdrawal

Under Article 59(1)(e) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which have been unsealed after delivery: fragrances, cosmetics, make-up, personal care products and similar items whose seal or cellophane has been removed.

Refund

We will refund the amount paid, including the original delivery costs (up to the cost of standard delivery), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the same payment method. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or proof that you have sent them. The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the customer.

Legal guarantee of conformity

All products are covered by the 24-month legal guarantee of conformity from delivery (Articles 128 et seq. of the Consumer Code). If a product is faulty or not as described, contact us within 2 months of discovering the defect: we will replace it or refund you at no cost.
